Customer Policies

Welcome to SOAP Laundry Lounge! We’re here to make laundry day better — whether you’re doing it yourself, letting us handle it, or enjoying a drink at our coffee bar.
To keep things safe, clean, and pleasant for everyone, please follow these policies.

Store Hours

• Open: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
• Last Wash: 9:00 PM (machines started after this time may not finish before closing)
• Closed on: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, 4th of July
• Early Close: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve…check our website regularly for updates and details. www.soaplaundrylounge.com 

Self-Service Laundry

• Please check pockets before washing — we’re not responsible for damage from items left inside. Metal, gum, coins, pens, vape materials, food, chemicals, etc. …can severely damage the washing drum as well as your clothing 
• Any use of the machines for stone washing, color dying, and/or unintended use is strictly prohibited.
• We recommend using high-efficiency (HE) detergent. Overloading machines with excessive detergent can cause damage to clothes and equipment.
• Remove laundry promptly at cycle end so other customers can use machines.
• Items left unattended for over 45 minutes may be removed from the laundry machines by an attendant and kept to the side to be claimed.  Items left unattended or unclaimed for over 24 hours may be considered abandoned and donated or discarded.

Wash & Fold Service

• Verify your item count at drop-off.
• We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, but we will do our best.
• We are not responsible for normal wear, color fading, or manufacturer defects.
• Unclaimed orders after 30 days may be donated.

Coffee Bar

• Coffee bar seating is for customers enjoying our food or beverages and/or doing laundry.
• Please report spills right away to keep the area safe for everyone.
• All products are prepared in a shared kitchen — cross-contact with allergens is possible.

Safety & Conduct

• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No hazardous, flammable, or overly soiled (chemical, petroleum, excrement) items are allowed in machines.
• No disorderly or unsafe behavior — you may be asked to leave without refund.
• Please keep aisles clear of carts and baskets.
• Please report spills right away to keep the area safe for everyone.

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of purchase or drop-off.
• Prices are posted in-store and online and may change without notice.
• Refunds are issued as store credit unless required otherwise by Texas law.
